Q: If I select the 1 day shipping option, will it arrive the next day?
A: While we would love this to be the case 100% of the time, sometimes the item can arrive on the 2nd or 3rd day. The USPS unfortunately does deliver these late about 10% of the time. Please also keep in mind that while we strive to fulfill all orders within 24 hours, occasionally there are factors outside our control that will delay order fulfillment by an extra day or two.
Q: Do you offer shipping internationally? What is the cost?
A: We do ship globally for any purchase! Shipping cost is calculated at check out.
Q: Do you have any retail locations where I would be able to try these on?
A: Unfortunately at this time we only have a presence online and in a few small shops along the Jersey Shore.
Q: Do you offer Prescription lenses?
A: YES! We are now offering custom Prescription lenses on the Yosemite line!
Q: Are wood Sunglasses more fragile than plastic sunglasses?
A: This one should be pretty obvious here, anytime you make a product from a natural material like wood, they are always going to be a little more fragile than a man made material like plastic. Please just be conscious that they can break from things like dropping them off your head, sitting on them in the car, or clipping them on the front of a shirt and then getting a strong hug. All our shades come with a Bamboo hard case to help you protect them.
Q: Are then lenses made from glass or plastic?
A: Since our frames need to have the lenses "popped in" during the assembly process, we are unable to utilize glass lenses for these shades. All of our lenses are polarized, shatter resistant plastic.
Q: What are your largest/smallest frame styles?
A: While most of our shades are designed to fit most people and be mostly for either women or men, a few of them are a little larger or smaller than others. Our regular sized Fusion line tends to run just a little smaller while our Cork Confetti and El Capitan frames are the largest pairs that we offer. We recently introduced an XL Fusion frame for several models so now all of those color combinations are available to folks with a larger head!
Q: Do you have the capacity to do custom engraving on the sunglasses?
A: At this time unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill custom order requests for individual pairs.
Q: Can I be notified when a pair showing as "Out of stock" comes back in?
A: Absolutely! We will always try to send out notifications when new pairs arrive, just be sure to sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when new things arrive!
